"Affirmative action" began with the best of intentions so people would be treated without regard to race, but it has morphed into policies that achieve the opposite. We believe everyone deserves a fair and equal chance to compete for college admissions and good jobs.XIV takes on activities that have the common goal of realizing the promise of equal treatment under the law.
